Rail Pads
Our noise and vibration mitigation products are designed to reduce ground-borne noise and vibration to create a smooth, quiet ride while reducing wear and tear on the system.
Fiber-Reinforced Elastomeric Tie Pads can be placed between the tie plate and the tie to prevent cutting and abrasion. The pad will increase the lifespan of the tie and prevents loss of gauge due to tie-cutting. The fiber in the materials allows cut spikes to be driven through the material without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
Tie Pads
Rail Pads
The rail pad is placed between the rail and tie plate and will reduce rail seat abrasion and absorb shock and vibration, which improves the rail-wheel interface. The Rail Pad can be made out of UHMW, the recommended choice, or EVA, HDPE, Urethane, TPV, or rubber.
Under Tie Pads
Fiber-Reinforced Elastomeric UTP’s allow for better track moldulus and reduce wear on the rail, ballast, and tie while reducing vibration. Placed under the crosstie, the UTP is easy to install and our blend of materials is the most economical on the market.
Load Bearing Pads
Load Bearing pads help distribute weight between ballast and tie reduces ballast retention issues.
